| dc.description | The present investigative work aims to analyze the budgetary record of various periods of the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing where, from some occasions, it has begun to have complications in covering its institutional expenses in some of its areas due to the budget reduction to Public Entities that has been decreed at the National Level, that is, due to the deficit of the General State Budget. Where a comparative analysis of the monetary value of the Budgets of four consecutive years will be evaluated and made, determining the resources allocated for each program of the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, also determining the structural inconsistencies that were generated in the entity as a result of the budget reduction already named, which will be detailed in the development of this case study. Where the constructive suggestions issued should be considered by the entity to improve the inconsistencies found after its respective budget analysis, taking into account the priority expenses of the institution at the time of its analysis, where the database provided by the entity did so. with absolute discretion. Carrying out the investigative work in order to improve institutionally, seeking better efficiency and effectiveness for the collection of information from the beneficiary applicants of the “Casa para Todos” program. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo presente investigativo, tiene como finalidad analizar el registro presupuestario de varios periodos del Ministerio de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda en donde desde algunas ocasiones ha empezado tener complicaciones en cubrir sus gastos institucionales en algunos de sus rubros debido a la reducción presupuestaria a las Entidades Públicas que se ha decretado a Nivel Nacional, es decir debido al déficit del Presupuesto General del Estado. Donde se evaluará y se hará un análisis comparativo de el valor monetario de los Presupuestos de cuatro años consecutivos determinando los recursos asignados para cada programa del Ministerio de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda, también determinar las inconsistencias estructurales que se generó en la entidad a raíz de la reducción presupuestaria ya nombrada, mismos que se detallarán en el desarrollo de este caso de estudio. Donde las sugerencias constructivas emitidas deberán ser consideradas por la entidad para mejorar en las inconsistencias encontradas luego de su análisis presupuestario respectivo tomando en cuenta los gastos prioritarios de la institución al momento análisis del mismo, donde la base de datos otorgada por la entidad se lo hizo con absoluta discreción. Realizando el trabajo investigativo con el fin de mejorar institucionalmente, buscando una mejor eficiencia y eficacia para la recopilación de información de los postulantes beneficiarios del programa de “Casa para Todos”. | es_ES |
