| dc.description | The investigation considers the impact that the lack of budget planning has within the financial information, the main problem of the company being the non-use of an annual budget, which helps them to know their projections in both sales and purchases, to be able to have a contingency plan for problems that may arise during the process of activities in the fiscal year. These incidents were analyzed within the transport company Transutah SA, which is located in the city of Guayaquil, focusing on the 2020 period, using as a source of information, the collection of information obtained from the questions made to the manager. and the accountant of the same, in addition to the information provided by them, on the financial statements, this is done in order to find the critical areas, where special evaluations must be carried out so that the decision-making of the administrative part is timely. As a result, the non-budget planning of the company's departments can be demonstrated, it does not allow it to be structured in the best way, helping within the processes. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La investigación, contempla la incidencia que tiene la falta de planificación presupuestaria dentro de la información financiera, siendo el principal problema de la empresa, el no uso de un presupuesto anual, que les ayude a conocer sus proyecciones tanto en ventas como en compras, para poder tener un plan de contingencia para los problemas que se puedan presentar durante el proceso de las actividades en el año fiscal. Estas incidencias fueron analizadas dentro de la empresa de transporte Transutah S.A., que se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Guayaquil, centrándonos en el período 2020, utilizando como fuente de información, la recopilación de información obtenida de la entrevista realizada al gerente de la compañía, y a la contadora de la misma, además de la información entregada por estos, sobre los estados financieros, esto se lo hace con la finalidad de encontrar las áreas críticas, donde se deban ejecutar evaluaciones especiales para que las tomas de decisiones de la parte administrativa sea oportuna. Como resultado se puede demostrar la no planificación presupuestaria de los departamentos de la empresa, no deja que esta se encuentre estructurada de la mejor manera, ayudando dentro de los procesos. | es_ES |
