Inlasves, Ventanas, Los Ríos For the year 2017, the company presented great disadvantages within it, this due to a fall in the price of cocoa, which caused significant losses, which in turn put the stability of the company at risk. Then, it was possible to determine that one of the biggest risks for the company's income is the price, which is so unstable that it can fall in a matter of days. In this case study, the instability of the cocoa price was determined and how it affects or affects the company's income during a branch opening period between "2020 - 2021" The results obtained from the analysis showed that the price is constantly affected by different factors, such as low demand from the foreign market, in addition to climatic changes that indirectly affect the purchase of cocoa for the company prior to its export, to In turn, the drop in price leads exporters to the limit of adjusting their price margin, which sometimes does not end up pleasing the merchants and farmers and they decide to sell their product to the highest bidder.es_ES

dc.description.abstractPara este estudio de caso se realizó un análisis sobre el precio del cacao, su variación e incidencia en los ingresos de la empresa “GOLDCOCOA EXPORT S.A sucursal piedra grande”, nombrada empresa dedica sus actividades a la venta de productos de naturaleza agrícola, además de la producción, compra y secado de cacao para su exportación, esta segunda siendo una de las principales actividades que le genera ingresos a la empresa. Con varias sucursales, pero su matriz está ubicada en Km 1 Via Pueblo Viejo, Edif. Inlasves, Ventanas, Los Ríos Para el año 2017 la empresa presento grandes desventajas dentro de la misma, esto por una caída de precio de cacao, que ocasionó pérdidas significativas, que a su vez pusieron en riesgo la estabilidad de la compañía. Entonces, se logró determinar que uno de los riesgos más grandes para los ingresos de la empresa es el precio, siendo este tan inestable capaz de caer en cuestión de días. En este estudio de caso se determinó la inestabilidad del precio del cacao y como afecta o incide en los ingresos de la empresa durante un periodo de apertura de la sucursal entre “2020 – 2021” Los resultados obtenidos del análisis arrojaron que el precio se ve afectado constantemente por diferentes factores, como lo son la baja demanda por parte del mercado exterior, además de los cambios climáticos que indirectamente afectan la compra de cacao para la empresa anterior a su exportación, a su vez la baja del precio llevan a las exportadoras al límite de ajustar su margen de precios, lo que en ocasiones no termina gustando a los comerciantes y agricultores y deciden vender su producto al mejor postor.es_ES
