La empresa OBRECIT S.A está realizando un control presupuestario poco eficiente y esto le presentado diversos problemas que influyen de manera significante al lograr los objetivos y metas que están propuestas en el contrato llevándolo a un retraso en la programación de los trabajos por falta de planos por parte entidad contratante, en su programación por mal cálculo de medida, ubicación de terreno y cambio de la partida presupuestaria por situaciones inesperadas. | es_ES |
