| dc.description | The report is based on the analysis of the company “VISCARRA HNOS”, the Ventanas agency, with the primary objective of studying the factors that have influenced the level of the overdue portfolio for the 2020 period; through the information obtained through the company "VISCARRA HNOS". The credits that the company has granted are at reasonable terms according to their needs, the values must be paid in harvests at the beginning of May. However, most of these terms are not carried out, therefore, accounts receivable is given, which are a main asset for the company; which provides us with the necessary information to determine what types of internal (management) and external (climatic) factors are affecting accounts receivable. The inductive methodology will be applied, this being the guided discussion strategy, so it begins with certain assumptions and reaches general conclusions. | dc.description.abstract | El informe se basa en el análisis de la empresa “VISCARRA HNOS” agencia Ventanas teniendo como objetivo primordial el estudio de los factores que han influenciado en el nivel de la cartera vencida para el periodo 2020; mediante la información obtenida a través de la empresa “VISCARRA HNOS”. Los créditos que ha otorgado la empresa son a plazos razonables de acuerdo a sus necesidades, los valores deben ser cancelados en cosechas a inicios del mes de mayo. Sin embargo, dichos plazos en su mayoría no son efectuados, por ende, se dan las cuentas por cobrar, las cuales son un activo principal para la empresa; la cual nos entrega información necesaria para determinar que tipos de factores internos (administración) y externos (climáticos) están afectando a las cuentas por cobrar. Se aplicará la metodología inductiva, siendo esta aquella estrategia de discusión guiada, por lo que comienza con ciertos supuestos y llega a conclusiones generales.
