| dc.description | The present case study has the purpose of making known the control of income and expenses, of the MIDUVI Los Ríos Technical Office during the year 2020, a State entity, in charge of exercising the leadership and implementation of public policy, which will be dealt with in the development part of this case study, guaranteeing citizens access to safe and healthy habitat, decent housing and inclusive public space. At present, it is important that companies, institutions, and entities, whether state or private, have a specific order of what the income is, and, in the case of public institutions, they must be carried according to their budget. and in compliance with the public policies that regulate it. This case study is prepared under the research sub-line of Accounting and Tax Information Management, which will allow research to be carried out within accounting parameters, to learn about the various strategies used by the company for control, with the objective of present work to present how the control of income and expenses is determined; presenting the different conceptualizations that help to interpret the subject and its problems, with bibliographies and research that reveal the importance of efficient and effective control of income and expense accounts. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio, tiene la finalidad de dar a conocer el control de los ingresos y gastos, de la Oficina Técnica MIDUVI Los Ríos durante el año 2020, entidad del Estado, encargada de ejercer la rectoría e implementación de la política pública, que serán tratadas en la parte de desarrollo del presente caso de estudio, garantizando a la ciudadanía el acceso al hábitat seguro y saludable, a la vivienda digna y al espacio público integrador. En la actualidad, es importante que las empresas, las instituciones, y entidades sean estas estatales o privadas, lleven un orden especifico de aquello que son los ingresos, y, en el caso de las instituciones públicas, deben ser llevados de acuerdo a su presupuesto y en cumplimiento a las políticas públicas que la regulan. Este estudio de caso está elaborado bajo la sublínea de investigación de la Gestión de Información Contable y Tributaria, la misma que permitirá realizar las investigaciones dentro de los parámetros contables, para conocer las diversas estrategias que utiliza la empresa para el control, teniendo como objetivo del presente trabajo dar a conocer cómo se determina el control de los ingresos y gastos; presentando las diferentes conceptualizaciones que ayudan a la interpretación del tema y su problemática, con bibliografías e investigaciones que dan a conocer la importancia de un control eficiente y eficaz de las cuentas de ingresos y gastos. | es_ES |
