Although many times we do not realize it, our clients are our most precious asset since thanks to them the company can survive. Therefore, every company, organization or independent professional must be clear that their strategies, actions and objectives must be directed towards the client. This case study was carried out with the objective of knowing and analyzing the factors that affect customer service in the business, based on the skills of the staff, needs, expectations, and customer satisfaction, taking into account that they are the part essential for the business and thus be able to achieve a favorable level of sales, and customer loyalty.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa atención al cliente es un componente definitivamente importante dentro de todas las organización o empresas sin excepciones, debido a esto se requiere que el colaborador tenga cultura al momento de atender al consumidor, cualquier cliente que compra algún producto es merecedor de un trato cordial, atento y servicial. es muy importante que en cualquier empresa planifique cuidadosamente aquellas tareas que tengan que ver con el contacto directo con el cliente. Aunque muchas veces no nos demos cuenta, nuestros clientes son nuestro bien más preciado ya que gracias a ellos la empresa puede sobrevivir. Por eso, toda empresa, organización o profesional independiente debe tener claro que sus estrategias, acciones y objetivos deben de ir encaminados hacia totalmente hacia el cliente. El presente caso de estudio se realizó con el objetivo de conocer y analizar los factores que afectan en la atención al cliente en el negocio, basándose en las aptitudes del personal, necesidades, expectativas, satisfacción de los clientes, teniendo en cuenta que son la parte primordial para el negocio y así poder alcanzar un nivel de ventas favorable, y la fidelización de los clientes.es_ES
