dc.description.abstractLa empresa Corazonando Líderes se dedica a capacitar a todos los jóvenes que estén interesados en alcanzar sus sueños profesionales ya sea para la Policía Nacional, Ejército o Marina, además brinda capacitaciones a las personas que deseen ingresar a las universidades del país. En una empresa de cualquier tipo, es importante definir y tener en claro cuál es su estructura y sus respectivas características, porque de estos elementos depende el correcto funcionamiento de la misma, además permite que todas las partes involucradas trabajen en conjunto para la consecución de los objetivos empresariales.
