| dc.description | This research is focused on the "analysis of administrative management", which has as its main objective to analyze the different areas of the banana plantation to identify the incidents that occur during the performance of the different works, with the help of this information it will be possible to make improvements so that the "La Olga Banana Company" improves in areas where its administration is not doing the right thing. Without a correct organization it will not be possible to have economic improvements and reduction of time for tasks. To carry out this study, it was based on conducting a survey of the workers and the manager of the company, with the aim of collecting information, making us aware of the problems. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación está centrada en el “análisis de la gestión administrativa”, la cual tiene como principal objetivo de analizar las diferentes áreas de la bananera para identificar los incidentes que se presentan durante la realización de los distintos trabajos, ayudándonos de esta información se podrá realizar mejoras para que la “Empresa Bananera La Olga” mejore en las áreas donde su administración no está haciendo la adecuada. Sin una correcta organización no se podrá tener mejoras económicas y de reducción de tiempo para las tareas. Para llevar a cabo este estudio, se basó en realizar encuesta a los trabajadores y al gerente de la empresa, teniendo como fin la recaudación de información, haciéndonos conocer las problemáticas. | es_ES |
