| dc.description | This case study describes the problematic situation regarding the inventory control of the “Estelita Barboto” Hairdressing and Aesthetics of the City of Babahoyo in the 2021 Period, thus narrating each of the causes and effects that exist in the establishment. The research problem arises when analyzing inventory control, the lack of a merchandise inventory system that causes a lack of inventory control in addition to low sales levels and there is no data collection software on hair products. The absence of administrative personnel within the company is reflected in the inadequate decision-making for the acquisition of the merchandise, this is another of the problems that are more notorious causing work overload and failures in the optimization of time. You can also notice the lack of administrative knowledge, starting with the lack of a business plan, the management of administrative management in an empirical way causing delays in work with respect to the administrative area. Stock management leads to the loss of products, including the expiration of the same, although this is not recurrent, it also generates an inadequate record of the merchandise, in addition, they do not include a planning of sales budgets, this being one of the main problems of the study case since the company does not know exactly the quantities of merchandise sold from its inception to the present and it is unknown if losses have been generated throughout the year or if they have obtained profits. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso describe la situación problemática sobre el control de los inventarios de la Peluquería y Estética “Estelita Barboto” de la Ciudad Babahoyo en el Periodo 2021, narrando así cada una de las causas y efectos que existen en el establecimiento. El problema de investigación surge al analizar el control de los inventarios, la inexistencia de un sistema de inventarios de mercaderías que provoca una carencia en el control de inventarios además bajos niveles de ventas y no existe un software de recopilación de datos sobre los productos capilares. La ausencia de personal administrativo dentro de la empresa se refleja en la inadecuada toma de decisiones para la adquisición de las mercaderías, este es otro de los problemas que son más notorios provocando sobrecarga laboral y fallas en la optimización de tiempo. También se puede notar la falta de conocimientos administrativos, empezando por la carencia de un plan de negocio, el manejo de la gestión administrativa de una forma empírica provocando retrasos en el trabajo con respecto al área administrativa. La gestión de stock desemboca la perdida de productos entre ellos la caducidad del mismo aunque esto no sea recurrente también genera un registro inadecuado de la mercadería, además no constan con una planificación de los presupuestos de ventas, siendo este uno de los principales problemas del estudio de caso puesto que la empresa no conoce a exactitud las cantidades vendidas de mercadería desde sus inicios hasta la actualidad y se desconoce si se han generado pérdidas a lo largo del año o si han obtenido ganancias. | es_ES |
