dc.descriptionThis case study focused on determining the Quality in the Service of the Ecuadorian Teaching Unemployment Fund with the affiliates, this research has the quality variable, which will be analyzed throughout this research. The main objective of the research was to Analyze the Quality of the Service in the Ecuadorian Teaching Unemployment Fund company. The methodology used for this research was of a deductive-inductive type, which, because it was an evidential document of complex examination and because it was not very extensive, several opinions of users were taken, and the opinion of the object of study, in this case to the administration of said institution. As a result of this case study, several conclusions were obtained, being able to identify the anomalies that occur in the quality of service provided within the company, some of these conclusions focused on improving the processes so that there is a quality standard.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se enfocó en determinar la Calidad en el Servicio del Fondo de Cesantía del Magisterio Ecuatoriano con los afiliados, esta investigación cuenta con la variable de calidad, la cual será analizada a lo largo de esta investigación. Como objetivo principal de la investigación fue Analizar la Calidad del Servicio en la empresa Fondo de Cesantía del Magisterio Ecuatoriano. La metodología utilizada para esta investigación fue de tipo deductivo-inductivo, el cual por ser un documento probatorio de examen complexivo y por ser poco extenso se tomó varias opiniones de usuarios, y la opinión del objeto de estudio, en este caso a la administrativa de dicha institución. Como resultado de este estudio de caso se obtuvo varias conclusiones, logrando poder identificar las anomalías que se presentan en la calidad de servicio brindado dentro de la empresa, algunas de estas conclusiones se enfocaron en mejoran los procesos para que existan un estándar de calidad.es_ES
