dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso consiste en analizar el servicio al cliente que ofrece la empresa arrocera Panchito Naranjo de la ciudad de Vinces, con el propósito de determinar las falencias que se suscitan durante el proceso de transformación de la materia prima, además se medirá el impacto que la pandemia del COVID-19 ha proporcionado a la organización, desde una óptica administrativa y logística. La siguiente información, detalla la problemática que vive la entidad en la actualidad, la misma que ha sido proporcionada por las diversas herramientas de recolección de datos, utilizadas para confirmar la veracidad de los descrito en el actual documento, las cuales fueron la entrevista y encuesta hacia los principales actores que intervienen en esta investigación. Con la aplicación del método deductivo y el uso de técnicas e instrumentos claves, el siguiente apartado relata una situación que la mayoría de empresas ecuatorianas presentan en diferentes periodos, con la ayuda de información relevante proporcionada por los diversos medios de consulta, el presente caso de estudio pretende colaborar con la sociedad, con la finalidad de dar a conocer a través de una investigación descriptiva y documental, los puntos de inflexión en que la Piladora Panchito Naranjo, no proporciona el servicio ideal a la ciudadanía vinceña.es_ES
