| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio se lleva a cabo a través de una metodología cualitativa que permite hacer una revisión de la situación del lugar donde se lleva la investigación, se utilizan los métodos inductivo, científico, bibliográfico, además se aplica un estudio descriptivo para lo cual se adoptó la técnica de la encuesta, se elaboró un cuestionario estructurado que se aplicó a los usuarios de la empresa Cnel. EP - Los Ríos, se tomó una muestra representativa utilizando un error del 10% sobre la población objeto de estudio. Esta investigación esta direccionada a la línea de investigación de la Facultad denominada Gestión Financiera Administrativa, Tributaria Auditoría y Control y a la sublínea de investigación de la carrera de comercio “Marketing y Comercialización”, el objetivo de la investigación es conocer el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios de la empresa Cnel.
