| dc.description.abstract | El control de Gastos en una compañía está compuesto por una serie de actividades importantes en los que se debe tomar en consideración de forma constante, con el objetivo de adquirir mayores utilidades y de cierta forma impedir que la empresa tenga problemas como algunas instituciones lo tienen. El presente estudio de caso involucra a la empresa “LOGBAN” LOGISTICA BANANERA S.A la misma que se dedica a dar servicios, de diseño y almacenamiento, En el que se da lugar a realizar el estudio de caso CONTROL DE GASTOS DE LA EMPRESA “LOGBAN” LOGISTICA BANANERA S.A 2021, en base a esto se realizó un análisis para lograr identificar las falencias que posee la empresa mediante la administración y sus gastos. Comprender las estrategias necesarias que debe realizar para poder aumentar sus beneficios, tomar buenas decisiones y en base a esto perfeccionar el control de los egresos en los que la misma tiene deficiencia. Mi investigación es importante porque va a ayudar a concientizar a los empresarios a realizar una planificación y un presupuesto para cada periodo de gestión. | es_ES |
