dc.descriptionThe main objective of the research work was to analyze the job satisfaction of the La Mil Banana workers and the main components that influence the study variable, through descriptive methodology and the implementation of technical instruments that allowed obtaining relevant and timely information to reach the conclusions of the research work; an interview was conducted with the farm administration, in addition, with the use of a questionnaire on job satisfaction, a survey was conducted with 54 agricultural workers how work in said banana plantation under study, in whose results they stated that they feel dissatisfied with the remuneration that the perceive, the working hours are unstable, the working conditions grow from an optimal adaptation, among other factors. In the development of this case study, the activities carried out by the La Mil Banana are detailed, the problematic situations that arise in said family business are explained and the theme in reinforced with relevant definitions that help to have a clearer and more argumentative vision about investigative activity. It is fir and necessary to mention that in the development of this work, tables ore presented that reflect the results of the application of the information collection instruments, which include the respective analysis and interpretation of the data obtained. In conclusion, it was show that the degrees of satisfaction of the workers of the La Mil Banana are conditioned by the dissatisfaction with the payment of their work, instable working hours, monotony of work, and unfavorable working conditions for the good performance of the workers.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl trabajo investigativo tuvo como principal objetivo analizar la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la Bananera La Mil y los principales componentes que influyen en la variable de estudio, a través de la metodología descriptiva y la implementación de instrumentos técnicos que permitieron obtener información relevante y oportuna para llegar a las conclusiones del trabajo de investigación; se realizó una entrevista al administrador de la finca, además, con el uso de un cuestionario sobre satisfacción laboral, se realizó la encuesta a 54 trabajadores agrícolas que laboran en dicha bananera objeto de estudio, en cuyos resultados manifestaron que se sienten inconformes con la remuneración que perciben, los horarios de trabajo son inestables, las condiciones de trabajo crecen de una óptima adecuación, entre otros factores. En el desarrollo de éste caso de estudio se detallan las actividades que realiza la Bananera La Mil, se explican las situaciones problemáticas que se suscitan en dicha empresa familiar y se refuerza la temática con definiciones pertinentes que ayudan a tener una visión más clara y argumentativa sobre la actividad investigativa. Es justo y necesario mencionar que en el desarrollo de éste trabajo se presentan tablas que reflejan los resultados de la aplicación de los instrumentos de recolección de información, que constan con los respectivos análisis e interpretación de los datos obtenidos. En conclusión se demostró que los grados de satisfacción de los trabajadores de la Bananera La Mil, se condicionan por la inconformidad con el pago por sus labores, horarios de trabajo inestables, monotonía laboral, condiciones de trabajo poco favorables para el buen desempeño de los trabajadoreses_ES
