| dc.description | The Fire Department of the San Juan Parish has different problems in areas of the institution which it seeks to prevent as well as extinguish fires and especially to ensure the lives of residents who are exposed to a serious and imminent danger caused by an accident. The objective of this research is to analyze decision-making by the directors of the institution. This methodology is made up of a descriptive nature in which we were allowed a particular survey of the residents and thus be able to generate a certain conclusion that made the main findings of inconveniences in the fire department feasible. The results of this are: that the administration does not have a competent authority, its lack of personnel, its little attention to calls for help, its lack of vehicles with their respective fuel and liquids, absence of a job. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El Cuerpo de Bomberos de la Parroquia San Juan tiene diferentes problemas en áreas de la institución la cual este busca prevenir como también extinguir incendios y especialmente velar por la vida de los moradores que se encuentren expuestas a un peligro grave e inminente originado por algún siniestro. El objetivo de esta investigación consiste en analizar la toma de decisiones por parte de los directivos de la institución. Esta metodología está conformado por un carácter descriptivo en el que nos permitieron una encuesta particular a los moradores y asi poder generar una determinada conclusión que hiso factible los principales hallazgos de inconvenientes en el cuerpo de bomberos. Los resultados de esta son: que la administración no posee con una autoridad competente, su falta de personal, su poca atención a los llamados de auxilio, su falta de vehículos con su respectivo combustible y líquidos, ausencia de puesto de trabajo. | es_ES |
