| dc.description | This case study deals with the analysis of social benefits at the Anuk Banana in Baba Canton. The objective is to show a detailed analysis on the problems that said company raises about the social benefits. Taking into account that it was one of the first companies that started in the Pajonal Campus with banana production and marketing activities, offering various families employment close to their homes and new opportunities for improvement. The line of research in which the case study is framed is: Administrative, tax, audit, control Financial Management, it is also related to the sub-line: Companies and public and private institutions. The document is divided into three parts; the first part reflects the introduction of the company data and the case study. In the second part, he investigates and describes the problems presented in the company and in the final part, he addresses the conclusions. It shows a research methodology for the collection of information, which is the interview used with the administrator and the survey applied to employees and workers. Giving as evidence that the Anuk banana company does not confer the corresponding social benefits on its employees. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso trata sobre el análisis de los beneficios sociales en la Bananera Anuk del Cantón Baba. El objetivo es mostrar un análisis detallado sobre los problemas que suscita dicha empresa acerca de los beneficios sociales. Teniendo en cuenta que fue una de las primeras empresas que se inició en el Recinto Pajonal con actividades de producción y comercialización de banano ofreciendo a diversas familias empleo cercano a sus hogares y nuevas oportunidades de superación. La línea de investigación en la que está enmarcado el caso de estudio es: Gestión Financiera administrativa, tributaria, auditoría, control, además se relaciona con la sublínea: Empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas. El documento se divide en tres partes, la primera parte refleja la introducción de los datos de la empresa y del estudio de caso. En la segunda parte indaga y describe sobre los problemas presentados en la empresa y en la parte final aborda las conclusiones. Muestra una metodología de investigación para la recolección de información, la cual es la entrevista empleada al administrador y la encuesta aplicada a los empleados y trabajadores. Dando como evidencia que la empresa bananera Anuk no confiere a sus empleados los beneficios sociales correspondientes. | es_ES |
