What factors affect the satisfaction of the Mega consortium customer? What is the perception that the customer has about the Mega consortium service? For this research, the qualitative methodology was taken as a basis, through a descriptive investigation, likewise the bibliographic, scientific and inductive methods were used; The information collection technique called a survey was used, for which a specific questionnaire was designed that was used with the clients of the Mega consortium, to know in a primary way the necessary information that allows to carry out the process of the proposed case study, all the predisposition of the administrator to carry out the investigation on this company.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de investigación está enfocado en la sublínea de investigación de la carrera de comercio “Marketing y Comercialización”, el objetivo de este estudio e caso es conocer el grado de satisfacción de los clientes del consorcio Mega de la ciudad de Milagro, para lo cual se establecen contestar preguntas que permitirán realizar las conclusiones pertinentes del caso, ¿Qué factores afectan la satisfacción del cliente del consorcio Mega?, ¿Cuál es la percepción que tiene el cliente sobre el servicio del consorcio Mega? Para esta investigación se tomó como base la metodología cualitativa, mediante una investigación descriptiva, así mismo se utilizó los métodos bibliográfico, científico e inductivo; se usó la técnica de recolección de información denominada encuesta por lo cual se diseñó un cuestionario especifico que se utilizó con los clientes del consorcio Mega, para conocer de manera primaria la información necesaria que permita llevar el proceso del estudio de caso planteado, se tuvo toda la predisposición del administrador para realizar la investigación sobre esta empresa.es_ES
