Está ubicada en la parroquia El Salto en la avenida malecón y tercera; el mismo que se dedica a la compra y venta de productos de primera necesidad, lácteos, frutas, verduras y bebidas, brindándole un plus a su empresa con la implementación de un servicio de banco del barrio actividad realizada por varios años y tiene la capacidad de atender aproximadamente 200 usurarios diarios los cuales disponen de cuatro cajeros para comodidad del cliente. La ejecución de este caso de estudio se basa en gestionar de cómo llevan el control de inventario dentro de la empresa.
