| dc.description | Raquel Optical is located in the city of Riobamba which has been 10 years at the service of the community in which its sales have been good and the number of clients during the years have increased, for this reason they have had several problems with the information of its clients whether it is lost, duplication or deterioration of the information. Because all the information is carried manually, whether in notebooks, order forms, and medical records. This project presents a descriptive investigation with a quantitative approach since it will collect data and information about the processes that are carried out in Raquel Optica. Quantitative research will aid in data collection which will be specifically analyzed. Surveys and interviews will be the techniques used to collect information in addition to bibliographic research that will give us information on various programs that are currently used. The field research will be applied to the different existing optics in the city of Riobamba to find out if they use software and how favorable, beneficial its implementation would be. Therefore, the objective is to analyze the implementation of a system that helps in the processes within Raquel Óptica, which will help us to have an idea or a start of how each of the processes that an optician has to manage would improve. the information in an orderly manner and organize the documentation in order to avoid each of the inconveniences that have been seen within the optics. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Raquel óptica está ubicada en la ciudad de Riobamba la cual ha estado 10 años al servicio de la comunidad en la cual sus ventas han sido buenas y el número de clientes durante el transcurso de los años han aumentado, por tal motivo han tenido varios inconvenientes con la información de sus clientes ya sea perdida, duplicación o deterioro de la información. Debido a que toda la información se la lleva de manera manual sea en cuadernos, hojas de pedido, historia clínica. Este proyecto presenta una investigación descriptiva de enfoque cuantitativo puesto que en la misma se recolectarán datos, e información de los procesos que se realizan en Raquel óptica. La investigación cuantitativa ayudará en la recolección de datos la cual se analizará de forma específica. Encuestas y entrevistas serán las técnicas empleadas para recolectar información además de la investigación bibliográfica que nos dará información de varios programas que actualmente utilizan. La investigación de campo será aplicada a las diferentes ópticas existentes en la ciudad de Riobamba para saber si utilizan un software y que tan favorable, beneficioso seria su implementación. Por lo tanto, el objetivo es el analizar la implementación de un sistema que ayude en los procesos dentro de Raquel Óptica, lo cual nos ayudara a tener una idea o un inicio de como mejoraría cada uno de los procesos que lleva una óptica para poder manejar la información de una manera ordenada y organizar la documentación para así evitar cada uno de los inconvenientes que se han visto dentro de la óptica. | es_ES |
