dc.descriptionThe need to continue education in our country due to the arrival of the pandemic has become a matter of vital importance, allowing to break down the barriers of space and time, for this it has been necessary to extend the offer of options for education, presenting new spaces to promote learning, allowing people to access training systems without removing it from their work and family context, facilitating uninterrupted education. Learning through a virtual application offers advantages in terms of the environment of flexible schedules, greater diversity of resources and the possibility of collaborating and exchanging experiences between classmates and teachers. To achieve this objective it was necessary to use more than a digital platform where the student, or the people who teleworked could send their assignments, it was essential that they could interact in real time, to achieve these goals the educational entities began the use of applications in the that video calls could be made, achieving a simpler and more feasible interaction between users. Before the pandemic, there were already many platforms that provided these services as a basic part of popular apps for a defined minimum number of users, in this case study we will focus on the use of two applications that are very popular due to their simple way of using them. interaction between users, resulting in research based on which of these apps provide better accessibility when used as a means to carry out the educational process.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa necesidad de continuar la educación en nuestro país debido a la llegada de la pandemia se ha convertido en un tema de vital importancia, permitiendo romper las barreras del espacio y del tiempo, para esto ha sido necesario extender la oferta de opciones para la educación, presentando nuevos espacios para fomentar el aprendizaje, permitiendo a las personas acceder a sistemas de formación sin extraerlo de su contexto laboral y familiar, facilitando la educación ininterrumpida. El aprendizaje mediante una aplicación virtual ofrece ventajas en cuanto al entorno de la flexibilidad de horarios, mayor diversidad de recursos y la posibilidad de colaborar e intercambiar experiencias entre compañeros y profesores. Para lograr este objetivo era necesario utilizar más que una plataforma digital donde el estudiante, o las personas que realizaban teletrabajo pudieran enviar sus asignaciones, era indispensables que pudieran interactuar en tiempo real, para alcanzar estas metas las entidades educativas iniciaron la utilización de aplicaciones en las que se pudiera realizar video llamadas logrando una interacción más sencilla y factible entre los usuarios. Antes de la pandemia ya existían muchas plataformas que brindaban estos servicios como parte básica de las apps populares para una cantidad mínima definida de usuarios, en el presente estudio de caso nos centraremos en el uso de dos aplicaciones que son muy populares por su modo sencillo de interación entre los usuarios, dando como resultado basado en la investigación cuál de estas apps brindan mejor accesibilidad al momento de ser utilizadas como medio para realizar el proceso educativo.es_ES
