| dc.description | The present case study with the subject of cost / benefit analysis of an administrative management system for the Hotel Sabanetas located in the Montalvo canton, Los Ríos province, prior to obtaining the title of Systems Engineer, aims to automate the operations of the activities of the company. By implementing the software, it is intended to solve existing organizational problems, register reservations, keep track of employees, store customer information and modify reservations, it will have modules that generate billing for purchased services, reports by dates and a module of consultation of available rooms and on reservation. To be competitive in the market, it is necessary to use automated systems that help the development of the hotel, therefore, in this research project, field research was used which allowed us to obtain concrete and clear information, verifying the current situation in the administrative management of the hotel. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso con tema análisis costo/beneficio de un sistema de gestión administrativa para el Hotel Sabanetas ubicada en el cantón Montalvo, provincia de Los Ríos, previo a obtener el título de Ingeniero en Sistemas tiene como finalidad automatizar las operaciones de las actividades de la empresa. Al implementar el software se pretende solucionar los problemas existentes de organización, registrar reservaciones, llevar control de los empleados, almacenar la información de los clientes y modificar las reservaciones, contará con módulos que generen facturación de servicios adquiridos, reportes por fechas y un módulo de consulta de habitaciones disponibles y en reserva. Para tener competitividad en el mercado es necesario emplear sistemas automatizados que ayuden al desarrollo del hotel, por ende, en este proyecto investigativo se empleó la investigación de campo la cual nos permitió obtener información concreta y clara, constatando la situación actual en la gestión administrativa del hotel. | es_ES |
