dc.descriptionDue to the pandemic caused by the new virus COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2, education took an unexpected turn for which neither teachers nor students were prepared, this generated a titanic task that implied serious challenges for students of all ages since they had to take their classes from home. This case study focuses on the Viability Analysis for the Creation of an Apk for the connection to virtual classes of the students of the Educational Unit "Darío C Guevara" of the El Salto parish, a field investigation was carried out to obtain information on the different problems that the institution and its students have on the current connection platforms, since not having their own application this has thus generated the difficulties they present in the installation and handling of these, thus evidencing that the teaching-learning process is not carried out correctly, the implementation of this technology offers us great advantages since it provides us with; expand our application or update it according to the needs of the institution. The fact that certain applications do not control the entrance of students precisely, has caused people outside the classes to enter abruptly, manipulating the platform in such a way that they present content not related to the classes and malicious comments. The main concern of the authorities is the lack of resources oriented to the implementation of new technologies, the lack of training for their teaching staff, in order to be at the forefront of technology, obtaining office automation knowledge and tools necessary to encourage teachers and students to academic excellence.es_ES

dc.description.abstractDebido a la pandemia ocasionada por el nuevo virus COVID-19 o SARS-CoV-2, la educación tomo el giro inesperado para el cual ni docentes ni alumnos estaban preparados, esto genero una tarea titánica que implico serios desafíos en alumnos de todas las edades ya que tuvieron tomar sus clases desde casa. El presente estudio de caso se centra en el Análisis de Viabilidad para la Creación de un Apk para la conexión a clases virtuales de los alumnos de la Unidad Educativa “Darío C Guevara” de la parroquia El Salto, donde se procedió a llevar una investigación de campo para obtener la información de las diferentes problemáticas que tiene la institución y sus alumnos sobre las plataformas actuales de conexión, ya que al no contar con una aplicación propia esto ha generado así la dificultades que presentan en la instalación y manejo de estas, evidenciando así que el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje no se lleva a cabo de forma correcta, la implementación de esta tecnología nos ofrece grandes ventajas ya que nos proporciona; ir ampliando nuestra aplicación o ir actualizándola según las necesidades de la institución. El que ciertas aplicaciones no controlen el ingreso de los estudiantes de forma precisa, ha generado que personas ajenas a clases ingresan de forma abrupta, manipulando la plataforma de tal manera que presentan contenido no relacionado a la clases y comentarios maliciosos. La preocupación principal de las autoridades es la falta de recursos orientados a la implementación de nuevas tecnologías, la carencia de capacitaciones a su personal docente, para así poder estar a la vanguardia tecnológica obteniendo conocimientos ofimáticos y herramientas necesarias para fomentar a docentes y alumnos a la excelencia académica.es_ES
