| dc.description | This case study project includes the technical analysis for the implementation of a computer system that allows the control and monitoring of sales of the commercial premises "Tres Hermanos" located in the city of Babahoyo, in the citadel May 4. This commercial premises does not have a computer system which each of its processes is carried out manually, making its processes slow, likewise it does not have a proper organization in invoices, sales records, customer records. This technical analysis seeks to provide a solution to these problems, which is why the feasibility study was carried out where it was determined that it is favorable to carry out the implementation of the computer system, the type of research used for this case study is the field methodology , which allowed us to extract the data directly from the scene of the events, through the interview with the owner of the establishment it was possible to learn more about the problems that this establishment has been having. Through the feasibility study it was possible to conclude that the project is viable because there is interest on the part of the owner manager to make the project investment. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de caso de estudio comprende el análisis técnico para la implementación de un sistema informático que permita el control y seguimiento de ventas del local comercial “Tres Hermanos” ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo, en la ciudadela 4 de mayo. Este local comercial no cuenta con un sistema informático el cual cada uno de sus procesos los realiza de manera manual haciendo que sus procesos de tornen lentos, así mismo no cuenta con una debida organización en facturas, registro de ventas, registro de clientes. Con este análisis técnico se busca dar una solución a estos problemas es por ello que se realizó el estudio de factibilidad donde se determinó que es favorable realizar la implementación del sistema informático, el tipo de investigación empleada para este caso de estudio es la metodología de campo, el cual nos permitió extraer los datos directamente desde el lugar de los hechos, mediante la entrevista realizada al propietario del establecimiento se pudo conocer más a fondo los problemas que este establecimiento ha estado teniendo. Mediante el estudio de factibilidad se pudo concluir que el proyecto es viable porque existe el interés por parte del gerente propietario realizar la inversión del proyecto. | es_ES |
