| dc.description | We must bear in mind that placental insertion anomalies are caused by an inadequate insertion or invasion of the placenta. In the placenta previa there is a development of the placenta in the lower uterine segment, located near or covering the internal cervical os. The placenta previa indices are increasing, which is why the timely identification of the factors from their prenatal controls is relevant, considering among the main ones maternal age, intergenetic period greater than 7 years and unscheduled pregnancy observed in the patient. For this reason, it was decided to study and follow-up from the first level of care to a second level to a 39-year-old second-pregnant patient with Partial Previa Occlusive Placenta with a long intergenic period, allowing to evaluate the management and conduct of Health professionals through controls prenatal care, ultrasound, laboratory tests, monitoring and surveillance of the maternal-fetal pairing. However, in the diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of the end of pregnancy in order to prevent complications that put the life of the mother and child at risk. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Debemos tener en cuenta que las anomalías de inserción placentaria son ocasionadas por una inadecuada inserción o invasión de la placenta. En la placenta previa hay un desarrolla de la placenta en el segmento uterino inferior situándose próxima o cubriendo el orificio cervical interno. Los índices de placenta previa están en aumento por lo cual es relevante la identificación oportuna de los factores desde sus controles prenatales, considerando entre los principales edad materna, periodo intergenésico mayor a 7 años y embarazo no programado observados en la paciente. Por tal motivo se decide dar estudio y seguimiento desde primer nivel de atención hasta un segundo nivel a una paciente secundigesta con Placenta Previa Oclusiva Parcial de 39 años con periodo intergenesico largo .Permitiendo evaluar el manejo y conducta de los profesionales de la Salud mediante los controles prenatales, ecografías, exámenes de laboratorio, monitoreo y vigilancia del binomio materno fetal. No obstante, en el diagnóstico y valoración terapéutica de la finalización de la gestación para poder prevenir complicaciones que ponga en riesgo la vida de la madre e hijo. | es_ES |
