| dc.description | The present clinical case on stillbirth aims to expose the obstetric behavior in multiparous women of 38 years of age with 39.5 weeks of gestation plus stillbirth, this case study focused on intrauterine fetal death as a health problem identified in indigenous communities far from the city of Guaranda, who, due to their ancestors, take traditional measures to control and monitor many pathologies, particularly those in pregnancy. The methodology applied for the case was obstetric diagnosis by applying Leopold's maneuvers to determine fetal statics and determine the focus of auscultation, as there were no results, Obstetric ultrasound was used, finding a single male intrauterine product with an approximate weight of 3,000 gr and absence of fetal heart rate, at the local physical examination the bishop test was 10 points, so the patient was admitted to conduct labor, which lasted 4 hours during which antibiotics were administered therapy for the risk of infection. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico sobre óbito fetal tiene como objetivo exponer la conducta obstétrica en multípara de 38 años de edad con 39.5 semanas de gestación más óbito fetal, este estudio de caso se enfocó en la muerte fetal intrauterina como un problema de salud identificado en comunidades indígenas alejadas de la ciudad de Guaranda, quienes, debido a sus antepasados, toman medidas tradicionales para controlar, monitorear muchas patologías, particularmente aquellas en el embarazo. La metodología aplicada para el caso fue el diagnóstico obstétrico mediante la aplicación de las maniobras de Leopold para determinar la estática fetal y determinar el foco de auscultación al no tener resultados se utilizó la ecografía Obstétrica encontrando un producto único intrauterino sexo masculino con peso aproximado de 3.000gr y ausencia de Frecuencia cardiaca fetal, a la revisión física local el test de bishop fue de 10 puntos por lo que se ingresó a la paciente para conducción del trabajo de parto el mismo que tuvo una duración de 4 horas en las q se administró antibiótica terapia por el riesgo de infección. | es_ES |
