They also represent a risk factor for ongoing pregnancies. The present clinical case study refers to a 28-year-old female patient who presented for consultation due to moderate transvaginal bleeding, detecting a myoma which was excised. The patient indicates that she was pregnant, however at the next medical check-up, the clinical examination indicates that her pregnancy was spontaneously interrupted. There is a high relationship between the presence of fibroids and the termination of pregnancy. It is known to professionals that these are a cause of infertility. Reason why it is necessary to carry out tests of this type to identify. When abortions due to myomatosis occur, the most advisable thing for patients is to implement a contraceptive plan in order to provide adequate treatment prior to a state of pregnancy.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa miomatosis uterina es una afección que se ha vuelto común detectar en mujeres, estos tumores muchas veces son la causa principal de problemas de fertilidad. También representan un factor de riesgo para los embarazos en curso. El presente estudio de caso clínico es referente a una paciente de sexo femenino de 28 años primigesta que se presenta a consulta por un sangrado transvaginal moderado, detectándose un mioma el cual es extirpado. La paciente indica que presentaba estado de gravidez, no obstante, al siguiente chequeo médico, la exploración clínica indica que su embarazo se interrumpió de manera espontánea. Existe una alta relación entre la presencia de miomas y la interrupción del embarazo. Es conocido por los profesionales que estos son causa de infertilidad. Razón por la cual es necesario se realicen pruebas de este tipo para identificar. Cuando se presentan abortos a causa de miomatosis lo más recomendable a las pacientes es implementar un plan anticonceptivo con el fin de dar un tratamiento adecuado previo a un estado de embarazo.es_ES
