It leads to an increase in morbidity in the considered pregnancy, the initial treatment is antibiotic therapy during this period, we must do a correct follow-up to be able to completely eliminate this pathology in our patient, provide self-care measures, this case study shows us a patient in pain in hypogastrium, and vaginal secretions, activating clinical practice to provide good treatment, the process of nursing care based on scientific basis, in a comprehensive and systematic, humanistic way, with the aim of providing quality care and individualized and complementary warmth To improve the condition of our patient by applying care such as the correct urinary elimination record and reduce the factors that precipitate or increase pain, it was possible to work with the altered patterns of the patient and thus give a more specific, individualized and optimal care, the management was carried out collaboratively tive with the health team, the promotion and prevention of health and self-care were carried out in our patient.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa llegada de una infección de vías urinarias en el embarazo es una amenaza potencial durante el primer trimestre de embarazo causando en la mayoría de los casos deja como consecuencia un embarazo pretermino y un producto bajo peso, es una patología asintomática siendo su principal causa la bacteriuria asintomática, se presenta con mayor incidencia en esta etapa, la constancia de su aparición depende de diversos factores como la presencia de patologías subyacentes cambios físicos, hormonales y conductuales. Lleva in incremento de morbilidad en el embarazo considerado, el tratamiento inicial es terapia antibiótica durante este periodo debemos hacer un seguimiento correcto para poder eliminar por completo esta patología de nuestra paciente, proporcionar medidas de autocuidado, el presente estudio de caso nos muestra un paciente dolor en hipogastrio, y secreciones vaginales, activando la práctica clínica para proporcionar un buen tratamiento, el proceso de atención de enfermería basado en fundamento científico, de manera integral y sistemático, humanístico, con el objetivo de brindar una atención de calidad y calidez individualizado y complementario para mejorar la condición de nuestra paciente aplicando cuidados como el correcto registro de eliminación urinaria y disminuir los factores que precipiten o aumenten el del dolor, se pudo trabajar con los patrones alterados de la paciente y dar así un cuidado más puntualizado, individualizado y optimo, el manejo se llevó a cabo de manera colaborativa con el equipo de salud, se llevó acabo la promoción y prevención de salud y el autocuidado en nuestra paciente.es_ES
