| dc.description | The present clinical case is carried out on a 42-year-old patient at the San Miguel Basic Hospital, a patient is admitted to the health home in the company of a relative with normal vital signs, pale facies, hydrated oral mucous membranes, soft, depressible and painful abdomen Upon palpation, Blood Biochemistry, Electrolytes, Hematology, Hemogram and imaging tests (abdominal ultrasound) are performed, the nursing assessment is performed; After each of the assessment processes and completion of complementary examinations, a diagnosis of chronic cholecystitis was given, then medical indications such as the nursing care process are made and the theory of Marjory Gordon was put into practice. | dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico se realiza a paciente de 42 años de edad en el Hospital Básico San Miguel, paciente es ingresada a la casa de salud en compañía de familiar con signos vitales normales, facies pálidas, mucosas orales hidratadas, abdomen suave, depresible y doloroso a la palpación, se le realiza exámenes de Bioquímica Sanguínea, Electrolitos, Hematología, Hemograma y de imagen (ecografía abdominal), se realiza la valoración de enfermería; posterior a cada uno de procesos de valoración y realización de exámenes complementarios se dio un diagnóstico de Colecistitis crónica, a continuación se realizan las indicaciones médicas como el proceso de atención de enfermería y se puso en práctica la teoría de Marjory Gordon. Entre el diagnóstico definitivo y el plan de cuidado de enfermería con ayuda de la teoría de Marjory Gordon se pudo alcanzar los objetivos propuestos desde un inicio, mismos que fueron cesar el dolor del paciente, ayudar a comprender que luego de la cirugía y su recuperación podrá realizar su vida con gran normalidad, ayudarlo a tener tranquilidad en todo el proceso de ingreso, cirugía y luego de la misma al paciente y sus familiares. | es_ES |
