| dc.description | Acute abdomen is characterized by being a critical situation that causes a series of severe abdominal symptoms, some of the clinical manifestations are: acute abdominal pain, gastrointestinal alterations, repercussion on the general state, According to Martínez (2016), acute abdomen disease is closely related to related to the characteristics of abdominal pain. There are 3 types of pain that are related to the acute abdomen: visceral, somatic and referred. For adequate treatment, an immediate differential diagnosis must be established between pathologies that require medical treatment or emergency surgical resolution. The present clinical case study reflects the clinical symptoms of a 26-year-old female patient with a medical diagnosis of acute abdomen, during the physical evaluation and complementary examinations it is finished with a definitive diagnosis, appendicitis, the nursing staff applied the Care Process nursing, for the timely recovery of the patient. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Abdomen agudo se caracteriza por ser una situación crítica que cursa una serie de síntomas abdominales graves, unas de las manifestaciones clínicas son: dolor abdominal agudo, alteraciones gastrointestinales, repercusión sobre el estado general, Según Martínez (2016), la enfermedad de abdomen agudo está estrechamente relacionado con las características de dolor abdominal. Hay 3 tipos de dolor que se relacionan con el abdomen agudo: Dolor visceral, Dolor somático y Dolor referido. Para un tratamiento adecuado se debe establecer un diagnóstico diferencial inmediato entre patologías que necesiten tratamiento médico o resolución quirúrgica de emergencia. El presente estudio de caso clínico refleja la sintomatología clínica de una paciente de sexo femenino de 26 años con diagnóstico médico de abdomen agudo, durante la valoración física y exámenes complementarios se termina con diagnóstico definitivo, apendicitis, la cual fue intervenida quirúrgicamente por apendicectomía convencional, el personal de enfermería aplicó el Proceso de atención de enfermería, para la recuperación oportuna de la paciente. | es_ES |
