The present clinical case is focused on a 24-year-old female patient who came to the emergency area for presenting a clinical of evolution characterized by colicky abdominal pain of intensity 10/10 located in the epigastrium, accompanied by nausea that they lead to vomiting of moderate quantity. Vital signs were taken where BP: 90 / 60mmHg, HR: 78xmin, FR: 20xmin, Axillary: 36.5ºC, STO2: 96% were evidenced. She's height: 162cm, weight: 61kg and BMI: 23.2 with a Glasgow of 15/15. The doctor orders an ultrasound of the bile ducts due to the location of the pain and the symptoms that the patient presents. Upon receiving the medical results, she noticed that she had 7mm common bile duct stones and manifested performing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Finally, the doctor refers immediate hospitalization in the area of internal medicine I, where the patient was received and vital signs were taken and a physical assessment was carried out. Using as an essential procedure the functional patterns of Marjorie Gordon with the sole purpose of being able to identify the dysfunctional patterns that are altering and compromising the health and well-being of the patient. Similarly, once the patient was stabilized, the Nursing Care Process was developed in order to develop a care plan, using the taxonomies Nanda, Nic and Noc as tools, to achieve the objectives proposed in this study of clinical case.es_ES
