| dc.description | Maternal-neonatal mortality in adolescents is a clear indicator that complications during pregnancy can end the life of the mother-child binomial when a timely diagnosis and treatment has not been given, I feel hypertensive disorders in pregnant women are a problem of Public Health. Health personnel are the ones who must improve the quality of care provided during prenatal controls, to avoid maternal deaths caused by hypertensive problems. The origin of hypertensive disorders is not well defined, but recent research points out that it is due to a narrowing of the spiral arteries that connects the placenta with the fetus, this narrowing prevents a correct blood supply, causing premature births and babies with low birth weight, eclampsia unlike preeclampsia not only manifests with high blood pressure ranges, this in turn is accompanied by seizures. In the following case study, the PROCESO DE ATENCIÓN DE ENFERMERIA EN GESTANTE ADOLESCENTE CON ECLAMPSIA was applied, a systematic follow-up was carried out with the evolution of the patient, care and dependent and independent activities for her speedy recovery, which was favorable and evolved from the way you expected. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La mortalidad materna-neonatal en adolescentes es un claro indicador de que las complicaciones durante el embarazo pueden llegar a terminar con la vida del binomio madre-hijo cuando no se ha dado un diagnóstico y tratamiento oportuno, siento los trastornos hipertensivos en las embarazadas un problema de Salud Pública. El personal de salud es quien debe mejorar la calidad de atención brindada durante los controles prenatales, para evitar muertes maternas causadas por los problemas hipertensivos. El origen de los trastornos hipertensivos no está bien definido, pero investigaciones recientes puntualizan que se debe a un estrechamiento de las arterias espirales que conecta a la placenta con el feto, este estrechamiento evite que se dé un correcto aporte sanguíneo, provocando los partos prematuros y bebes con bajo peso al nacer, la eclampsia a diferencia de la preeclampsia no solo se manifiesta con rangos de presión arterial elevados, esta a su vez va acompañada de convulsiones. En el siguiente estudio de caso se aplicó el PROCESO DE ATENCIÓN DE ENFERMERIA EN GESTANTE ADOLESCENTE CON ECLAMPSIA, se llevó un seguimiento sistemático con la evolución de la paciente, cuidados y actividades dependientes e independientes para su pronta recuperación, la cual fue favorable y evolucionó de la forma que se esperaba. | es_ES |
