dc.descriptionThe present clinical case belongs to a 28-year-old female patient admitted to the emergency area of the hospital unit accompanied by a family member, conscious, oriented in time, space and person presenting a clinical picture characterized by initial pain at the level of the region of the hypogastrium that posteriorly radiates to the region of the right iliac fossa, accompanied by emesis, nausea, malaise, irritability, hyperthermia of 39.5 ° C, heart rate 110x´, respiratory rate 22x´, oxygen saturation 99% and blood pressure Arterial 124/62 mmHg, followed by a cephalocaudal evaluation and Marjory Gordon's functional patterns, finding other alterations in the patient pale fascie, hot to the touch, diaphoresis, discomfort when walking in her right limb, which hinders her daily activities, she cannot reconcile sleep, sleeps short periods due to the ailments presented, Eva's scale of pain at 9, restless and distressed due to mani Clinical manifestations present, in addition to performing complementary examinations providing a definitive diagnosis of acute appendicitis, nursing interventions are created and provided applying the theorizing of the 14 needs of Virginia Henderson thus avoiding complications, initially it is restricted orally due to possible surgical intervention, it is canalizes peripheral intravenous route, administration of medication according to medical indications, perform fluid balance, thermal curve, monitoring of vital signs and other nursing care to achieve independence.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso clínico pertenece a una paciente de sexo femenino de 28 años de edad ingreso al área de emergencia de la unidad hospitalaria acompañada de familiar, consciente, orientado en tiempo, espacio y persona presentando un cuadro clínico caracterizado por dolor inicial al nivel de la región del hipogastrio que posterior se irradia a la región de la fosa iliaca derecha, acompañado de emesis, náuseas, malestar, irritabilidad, hipertermia de 39.5 °C, frecuencia cardiaca 110x´, frecuencia respiratoria 22 x´, saturación de oxígeno 99% y tensión arterial 124/62 mmHg, seguido se realiza valoración cefalocaudal y patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon encontrando otras alteraciones en la paciente fascie pálida, caliente al tacto, diaforesis, malestar a caminar en su extremidad derecha, lo cual dificultad sus actividades cotidianas, no logra conciliar el sueño, duerme cortos periodos por las dolencias presentadas, escala de Eva del dolor en 9, intranquila y angustiada debido a las manifestaciones clínicas presentes, además de realizar exámenes complementarios brindando un diagnóstico definitivo de apendicitis aguda, se crea y brinda intervenciones de enfermería aplicando la teorizante de las 14 necesidades de Virginia Henderson así evitando complicaciones, inicialmente se restringe por vía oral por posible intervención quirúrgica, se canaliza vía intravenosa periférica, administración de medicación según indicaciones médicas, realizar balance hídrico, curva térmica, monitorización de constantes vitales y demás cuidados de enfermería para lograr la independencia.es_ES
