| dc.description | Gaucher pathology is the accumulation of certain substances in these organs, the spleen and liver the disease can enlarge them and affect their function substances also accumulate in bone tissue, weakening bones and increasing the risk of fractures when the bone marrow is affected, it can interfere with the body's ability to clot, the present clinical case is of a study in a pediatric patient of 2 years with a symptomatic picture hematoma, abdomen distended acute pain, diagnosis of the doctor Gaucher disease, as staff on duty we elaborate the process of nursing care (PAE), to provide care with specific and scientific methods we use the NANDA taxonomic bibliographies, NOC,NIC. Which were very important since it was possible to carry out a standardized care and with order according to the dysfunctional patterns that the patient needs, the health personnel provided quality care and warmth for the patient's recovery. Thus managing to relieve pain and verify thanks to the studies carried out that the user has the aforementioned pathology but in phase 2 that is (Gaucher disease type 2). The patient is referred to a third-level specialty hospital to receive care required for their illness; as nurses we feel the satisfaction of having provided the appropriate interventions to reassure and soothe the patient's pain. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La patología de Gaucher es la acumulación de ciertas sustancias en estos órganos, el bazo y el hígado la enfermedad puede agrandarlos y afectar su función las sustancias también se acumulan en el tejido óseo, debilitando los huesos y aumentando el riesgo de fracturas cuando la médula ósea se ve afectada, puede interferir con la capacidad del cuerpo para coagularse, el presente caso clínico es de un estudio en un paciente pediátrico de 2 años con un cuadro sintomatológico hematoma, abdomen distendido dolor agudo, diagnóstico del médico la enfermedad de Gaucher, como personal de turno elaboramos el proceso de atención de enfermería (PAE), para brindar cuidados con métodos específicos y científicos utilizamos las bibliografías taxonómicas NANDA, NOC,NIC. Las cuales fueron muy importes ya que se pudo llevar un cuidado estandarizado y con orden de acuerdo a los patrones disfuncionales que el paciente necesita, el personal de salud brindo cuidados de calidad y calidez para la recuperación del paciente. Logrando así aliviar el dolor y comprobar gracias a los estudios realizados que el usuario tiene la patología mencionada pero en fase 2 es decir (Enfermedad de Gaucher tipo 2). Se deriva al paciente a un hospital de especialidad de tercer nivel para que reciba cuidados requeridos para su enfermedad; como personal de enfermería sentimos la satisfacción de haber brindado las intervenciones adecuadas para tranquilizar y calmar el dolor del paciente. | es_ES |
