| dc.description | Through this case study, it can be verified about the solution that was proposed to a 73-year-old patient where he presents in his history problems of cerebrovascular accident for which he was discharged 2 years ago, currently the patient shows presence of edema, pressure ulcers in their upper and lower limbs, physical decompensation and leukocytosis involvement are observed. Patient arrives at the care unit through the emergency area, unconscious, for which medical personnel assist so that the patient reacts and remains awake, to perform a corresponding physical evaluation where a normal cephalic head was shown, symmetric chest, conserved expandability, no It uses accessory muscles, the right subclavian venous route is present in its neck, its abdomen is soft depressible, not painful on palpation, air-fluid noises (RHA) are heard, in the sacral region it presents third-degree ulcers, it has the presence of edema in the upper and lower extremities, shows ulcer lesions in both ankles, the doctor in charge sends him to do some complementary tests to arrive at an analysis and determine an appropriate treatment for the patient. Patient goes to a control with a nutrition professional for presenting an inadequate nutritional status, therefore, intercedes with nutritional treatment and recommendations on the corresponding diet for the patient, is given a hyperprotein diet in order to recover his physical condition and biology. A nutritional monitoring and control are implemented where the evolution of the patient is recorded, with a gain of 11 kilograms in 6 months of nutritional consultation and a favorable record for complementary examinations. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Por medio de este caso de estudio se puede constatar sobre la solución que se planteo a una paciente de 73 años de edad donde presenta en su historial problemas de accidente cerebro vascular por la cual fue dada de alta hace 2 años, actualmente la paciente muestra presencia de edemas, ulceras por presión en sus miembros superiores e inferiores, se observa una descompensación física y una afectación por leucocitosis. Paciente llega ah la unidad de atención por el área de emergencia, inconsciente, por lo cual personal medico asiste para que la paciente reaccione y se mantenga despierta, para realizarle una valoración física correspondiente donde se mostró cabeza normo cefálica, tórax simétrico expansibilidad conservada, no utiliza musculatura accesoria, en su cuello se presencia la vía venosa subclavia derecha, su abdomen se encuentra blando depresible, no doloroso a la palpación realizada, se escuchan ruidos hidroaéreos (RHA), en la región sacra presenta ulceras de tercer grado, tiene presencia de edemas en las extremidades superiores e inferiores, muestra lesiones de ulceras en ambos tobillos, el medico encargado le envía hacer unos exámenes complementarios para llegar a un análisis y determinar un tratamiento adecuado para la paciente. Paciente acude a control con profesional de nutrición por presentar un estado nutricional inadecuada, por lo tanto, se intercede con tratamiento nutricional y recomendaciones sobre la alimentación correspondiente para la paciente, se le otorga una dieta hiperproteica con la finalidad de recuperar su condición física y biología. Se implementa un seguimiento y control nutricional donde se registra la evolución de la paciente, con una ganancia de 11 kilogramos en 6 meses de consulta nutricional y un registro favorable para los exámenes complementarios. | es_ES |
