The objective of this study was based on establishing an effective therapeutic treatment after obtaining the definitive diagnosis of Community Acquired Bacterial Pneumonia and avoiding complications. After the follow-up and treatment used in this case study after obtaining information on the microorganism causing the disease and its origin, a favorable outcome was obtained in the patient, with non-invasive mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy being the main respiratory treatment used. indicated in the patient, accompanied by the administration of antibiotic therapy.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste caso clínico se basa en el estudio de un paciente masculino de 62 años de edad que acudió al área de emergencia del centro de salud en compañía de su conviviente por presentar un cuadro clínico de tos con expectoración, disnea y fiebre, cefalea generalizada. El objetivo de este estudio se fundamentó en establecer un tratamiento terapéutico eficaz tras obtener el diagnóstico definitivo de Neumonía Bacteriana Adquirida en la comunidad y evitar complicaciones. Tras el seguimiento y tratamiento empleado al presente estudio de caso luego de haber obtenido información del microorganismo causante de la enfermedad y de su procedencia, se obtuvo un desenlace favorable en el paciente siendo la ventilación mecánica no invasiva y la oxigenoterapia el principal tratamiento respiratorio que se indicó en el paciente, acompañado de la administración de Terapia antibiótica.es_ES
