dc.descriptionThis case study is based on the Human Talent Management in the Local Operational Center SIS Ecu911 of the Babahoyo canton is a coordinating body that aims to respond to emergency calls presented by citizens with the implementation of a telecommunication system and a video surveillance equipment that allows the community to connect directly with the institution. It has a very good organizational structure and complies with the appropriate processes; The main problem that we have been able to identify is related to the lack of commitment and work materials on the part of the public institutions integrated into the security system and the poor external communication of users when reporting emergencies has increased the degree of dissatisfaction and poor job performance with the human talent of the Operational part of the company. The methodology that will be used in this research work will be under the qualitative method, with it we can implement techniques that lead us to clear, true and transparent results with the tests that we will use, which are interviews and surveys, which will allow us to investigate further. fund the situation that is happening in the areas of human talent validating the different criteria they have. Another technique that we have used is the documentary since all the information transcribed in the work are supported by the different readings of books, scientific journals and bibliographic sources.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se basa en la Gestión de Talento Humano en el Centro Operativo Local SIS Ecu911 del cantón Babahoyo es un organismo coordinador que tiene como finalidad atender los llamados de emergencia que presente la ciudadanía con la implementación de un sistema de telecomunicación y un equipo de videovigilancia que les permite a la comunidad conectarse directamente con la institución. Cuenta con una estructura organizacional muy buena y cumple con los procesos adecuados; la principal problemática que hemos podidos identificar se encuentra relacionada con la falta de compromiso y materiales de trabajo por parte de las instituciones públicas integradas al sistema de seguridad y la mala comunicación externa de los usuarios al informar las emergencias ha hecho que se aumente el grado de insatisfacción y mal rendimiento laboral con el talento humano de la parte Operativa de la empresa. La metodología que se utilizará en este trabajo de investigación será bajo el método cualitativo, con ella se puede implementar técnicas que nos lleve a resultados claros, verdaderos y con transparencia con las pruebas que utilizaremos que son las entrevista y las encuestas nos permitirá indagar más a fondo la situación que estén pasando en las áreas del talento humano validando los diferentes criterios que tengan. Otra técnica que hemos utilizado es la documental puesto que toda la información transcritas en el trabajo están respalda por las diferentes lecturas de libros, revistas científicas y fuentes bibliográficas.es_ES
