dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo de la gestión de ventas forma parte de la columna vertebral en una organización su propósito radica en estructurar un conjunto de acciones mismas que ayudan a encaminarlos en la fijación de sus objetivos, desarrollar la comercialización de los productos, establecer los precios y proyectar la evolución de los resultados, por lo tanto es importante mencionar que el almacén comercial “Novedades Antika” tiene como objetivo desarrollar sus capacidades y talentos en consecución de la mejora de las actividades administrativas de la empresa y progresar en la capacitación del talento humano. Su propósito es mantenerse vigente en el mercado por tal motivo una organización debe saber manejar adecuadamente las gestiones de su empresa. La investigación efectuada en el almacén “Novedades Antika” tiene como objetivo el análisis de los procesos de la comercialización, por lo cual se tomara en cuenta la gestión interna del local y como agente externo se encuentra las anomalías generadas por la pandemia del COVID-19. Se estableció como tipo de investigación la acción descriptiva y documental esto nos permitirá tener un registro de la investigación y posterior a ello se pretende realizar una interpretación de la acción lo más correcta posible, en base a esto se desglosa la metodología inductiva y sintética como respaldo en la creación de conclusiones por medio del razonamiento al adjuntar los puntos estudiados en la empresa, la técnica a aplicar son las encuestas el cual consiste en estructurar y elaborar un cuestionario sencillo y de fácil comprensión de acuerdo al tema que manifieste el investigador ya que se encuentra dirigido a los colaboradores.es_ES
