dc.description | This case study is addressed on the subject of secretarial techniques and their contribution to the work performance of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of the Vinces canton, this institution is exclusively dedicated to providing assistance to the external public, on certain occasions, it is considered bad practice and mastery of secretarial techniques in terms of their abilities and skills since the purpose of this research were created so that it adjusts to the competencies that secretaries develop exclusively within the institution, the contribution proposed by the research is significant within of any company, its execution is totally directed to the improvement of its functions. It is worth highlighting the issue of job performance that directly concerns the development of secretarial skills. In the investigation of this problem, it was possible to show through the deductive method the lack of evaluation in terms of work performance by the institution, which creates certain dissatisfactions in the secretaries, the survey that was applied to those involved was of the utmost importance for the data collection that was estimated, reaching the conclusion of having the predisposition of those involved and in turn, implementing training that will serve to reinforce the knowledge on the subjects and related topics. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso aborda sobre la temática de: Técnicas secretariales y su aporte al Desempeño laboral del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado municipal del cantón Vinces, esta institución se dedica exclusivamente a brindar asistencia al público externo, en ciertas ocasiones se observó la mala práctica y dominio de las técnicas secretariales en cuanto a sus habilidades y destrezas, puesto que, se creó el propósito de esta investigación por lo cual se ajusta a las competencias que desarrollan las secretarias exclusivamente dentro de la institución, el aporte que propone la investigación es significativo dentro de cualquier empresa, su ejecución esta totalmente direccionado a la mejora de sus funciones. Cabe recalcar la temática sobre el desempeño laboral que concierne directamente con el desenvolvimiento de las competencias secretariales. En la indagación de esta problemática se logró evidenciar a través del método deductivo la falta de evaluación en cuanto al desempeño laboral por parte de la institución, lo que crea ciertas insatisfacciones en las secretarias, la encuesta que se aplico a los involucrados fue de suma importancia para la recolección de datos que se estimaba, llegando a la conclusión de contar con la predisposición de los involucrados y a su vez implementar capacitaciones que servirán para reforzar los conocimientos sobre los temas y tópicos afines. | es_ES |
