El presente caso de estudio de factibilidad para el mejoramiento de un panel de control de motores eléctricos monofásicos, está realizado en base a la recopilación de la información que nos arrojó la entrevista realizada al Gerente con la finalidad de poder atender las necesidades del almacén Akí.
Se procedió a implementar un sistema de control para el manejo de las bombas de agua para hacer más eficiente su trabajo. Se implementó un mejoramiento en el panel de control cambiando dispositivos que sirvan de protección como el contactor térmico que evita el sobrecalentamiento del motor, el guarda motor para evitar las variaciones de voltaje, el disyuntor nos ayudara a deshabilitar la energía en caso de que se energice el gabinete o el tablero eléctrico donde están alojados los dispositivos y la puesta a tierra.
También se implementó manómetros de glicerina en las tuberías de agua, con la finalidad de medir la presión, esto en conjunto con el panel de control acciona los motores, m1, m2, m3, según la demanda y la necesite. Haciendo que el sistema sea más eficiente y no tenga que ser operado manualmente.
Se realizó este proyecto con el método analítico descriptivo, con la técnica de la entrevista que por medio de ella se pudo saber cómo operaba el sistema, cuáles eran sus deficiencias y como implementar mejoras.
Luego de haber obteniendo toda la información más relevante se determinó el objetivo para el mejoramiento del sistema y la visión simplificada de su funcionamiento.

This project was carried out with the descriptive analytical method, with the interview technique that through it it was possible to know how the system operated, what were its deficiencies and how to implement improvements.

El presente estudio de caso se lo realizó en la piladora Ledesma Ramírez LADRAN S.A, el cual se enfocó en el análisis de cada uno de las maquinarias como es el motor de elevador de 1.5 hp, el motor estacionario, motor de 10 hp para el pelado del arroz, el motor 15 hp que se encarga del tamo, motor 1.5 clasificador del arroz entre otros. El cual para el presente estudio se utilizó la metodología de campo, así como también las técnicas de instrumentos como es la encuesta y la entrevista, esta información se recompiló con la ayuda de todos los empleados que trabajan dentro de la organización.
Al realizar el análisis de los motores en la respectiva organización se pudo comprobar que existen muchas anomalías como los problemas de la caída de voltaje, cables no acordes a los distintos motores eléctricos, bandas muy usadas, problemas en barras y anillos de cierre del rotor, no existe un plan de mantenimiento de los motores así como también el desequilibrio en el campo magnético.
Es por ello que es muy necesario que las autoridades puedan conocer las protecciones preventivas que ayuden a fomentar unos motores de calidad y puedan entregar una mejor productividad durante el proceso del trabajo.

Dentro del mantenimiento de un transformador sabemos que son aquellos que se encarga de reducir o ampliar la corriente de alta tensión (AT) a baja tensión (BT) estos los encontramos en subestaciones en las redes de distribución plantas de generación, centros comerciales, grandes edificios, hospitales, industrias, minería, explotación petrolera, zonas urbanas, centrales termoeléctricas, etc. Los mismo que pueden presentar las fallas causadas por humedad, agua, oxígeno, calor, contaminación externa, vibraciones, sobretensiones también por fenómenos de origen eléctrico, electrodinámico, electromagnético, dieléctrico, térmico o mecánico. Las misma que puede ser catastróficas por lo que se recomienda la implementación de programas de mantenimiento sistemático preventivo, predictivo y correctivo que nos permite hacer cambio o correcciones en alguna parte física del transformador que se dio por algunas fallas causadas por algún origen al cual le damos corrección y solución a los daños alargando su vida útil para un buen funcionamiento. En el cual contamos con personal sumamente capacitado y activo para proceder a dichos mantenimientos con la finalidad de ofrecer y dar a conocer que los mantenimientos son muy importantes en ámbito a transformadores y poder hacerlos consecutivamente (semestral) llevando un diagnostico deductivo para después poderlo hacer correctivo.

Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo conocer las diferentes formas de diseñar un sistema de alumbrado público, el uso de la lámpara más adecuada y eficiente, la correcta ubicación de los postes de iluminación; también demostrará los diferentes tipos de luminarias que existen en el mercado comparando su eficiencia energética, diseño eléctrico de las luminarias, costos de las diferentes instalaciones, duración estimada de los materiales, dispersión, alcance, control, tratando de encontrar la mejor opción para lograr cambios positivos en el alumbrado público de la Avenida MIGUEL YUNEZ (LA URBANIZACION. CASTILLA – REDONDEL ) SAMBORONDON – GUAYAQUIL.
La avenida, MIGUEL YUNES, es conocida por ser una de las principales arterias de entrada a GUAYAQUIL, por lo que busca actualizar el sistema de alumbrado público con el fin de mejorar la visualización de su entorno.
En la iluminación actual de la carretera se observa que se instalan lámparas de mercurio para que éstas fueran las más utilizadas en la antigüedad, se sabe que generan contaminación ya que en el momento de su eliminación el gas que tiene en la lámpara es muy contaminante por lo tanto se busca el cambio de diseño y la tecnología más limpia y eficiente como lámparas de sodio y lámparas Led, ahorrando costos de mantenimiento y costos energéticos.
Se hace hincapié en la tecnología LED para la iluminación de las avenidas de la autopista. se espera que proporcione datos teóricos y técnicos, logrando la correcta actualización de los sistemas existentes en materia de alumbrado público.
