El presente proyecto de investigación con el tema: “Gestión de personal y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral en la empresa de internet JATNET en la ciudad de Babahoyo, periodo 2023”. De tal manera que surgió el problema donde se establecen los objetivos orientados a la investigación, la cual se elaboró el marco teórico con las respectivas fuentes de recopilación de información. Además, se estableció la hipótesis la misma que dice: “La implementación de un sistema de gestión de desempeño se sujeta en indicadores cuantitativos y mecanismo de capacitación periódica por lo que incrementaría significativamente la productividad de los empleados en el área de atención al cliente en la empresa de internet JATNET en la ciudad de Babahoyo durante el periodo 2023”. La finalidad de este proyecto, una vez realizado el respectivo análisis de los resultados, se enmarca en desarrollar talleres de capacitación periódicas sobre la Gestión de personal y el Desempeño laboral para mejorar el rendimiento laboral de los empleados en la empresa de internet JATNET. Estas capacitaciones buscan generar una mayor rentabilidad en la empresa mediante el adecuado conocimiento en el área de atención al cliente por parte de sus colaboradores. Siguiendo con la metodología se procedió a la recopilación y procesamiento de la información la misma que se obtuve mediante la aplicación de encuestas para el personal administrativo y operativo de la empresa y también, una entrevista al gerente general. De esta manera obtuvimos las conclusiones y recomendaciones, las mismas que nos permitieron el planteamiento de la propuesta con el fin de mejorar el rendimiento laboral de los empleados de la empresa de internet JATNET de la ciudad de Babahoyo.

Actualmente, la globalización mundial y el gran nivel competitivo ha provocado que muchos empresarios busquen nuevas maneras de desarrollar para alcanzar una etapa de prosperidad económica y estabilidad de los miembros que la integran dirigiéndose principalmente a tomar decisiones orientadas a la reducción de costos, mejoramiento de la calidad y agilidad en los procesos para alcanzar los máximos resultados económicos. Para esto, es preciso encontrar opciones de técnicas y métodos que constituyan la optimización de sus recursos, incrementado los resultados financieros para poder crear estrategias y tomar decisiones correctas, las que producirán en una empresa a ser eficiente en el mundo competitivo de hoy. A través de un sistema de control de inventario permanente de mercadería el propietario de la empresa seleccionado para esta investigación, esto es empresa Grupo Uscocovich “Farmacia San Gregorio”, podrá conocer a ciencia cierta la rotación de cada uno de los productos, saber cuáles con los más solicitados y en base a qué criterios solicitar una nueva provisión de tal manera que pueda extraer estrategias específicas para aprovechar dicha situación; igualmente indicara los productos que menos rotación tienen de tal manera que se pueda establecer tácticas para que su demanda se incremente o sencillamente que la empresa deje de invertir en ese tipo de artículos ya que no son muy negociables. El comercio es una actividad que necesita ser manejada por personas que actúen con inteligencia, aplicando la creatividad y las habilidades posibles para lograr resultados que justifiquen su accionar. Por ese motivo, consideramos que nuestra propuesta nos permite aplicar las características antes señaladas en un local comercial que es parte del entorno donde habitamos.

Al no prestar suficiente atención al usuario traerá algunas consecuencias como la pérdida de clientes debido a la insatisfacción con el servicio recibido, desprestigiando la imagen de la compañía y la vida económica de la misma, por esta razón el propósito del estudio es analizar la atención al cliente y su incidencia en los ingresos de los socios de la compañía de trasporte en tricimoto URDATRICI S.A. De la cual se propone un estudio descriptivo con enfoque mixto (cualitativo y cuantitativo) mediante un diseño no experimental apoyado en entrevista y encuestas con una guía de observación aplicada a una muestra de 63 socios y 270 clientes de la compañía de transporte URDATRICI S.A. El resultado expuesto destaca la importancia de la atención al cliente como un factor crucial mediante el valor del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman r=0.364 el cual se interpreta que entre ambas variables tienen una correlación positiva media, los que pueden enfatizando en aspectos como: la comodidad, capacitación, evaluaciones internas, la apariencia de las unidades, el uso de un lenguaje positivo y la capacidad de resolución de problemas tienen un impacto significativo en la preferencia de los usuarios. Concluyendo que los niveles de satisfacción en relación con a la atención al cliente tienen un impacto directamente al crecimiento económico de la compañía, por lo tanto, invertir en una calidad de atención al cliente es una estrategia fundamental para el éxito a largo plazo.

La empresa Konica se dedica a la comercialización de productos como sesiones fotográficas, impresiones fotográficas, regalos personalizados, en la ciudad de Babahoyo. Actualmente está ha presentado inconvenientes en cuanto al compromiso laboral de los colaboradores pues existe escasa oportunidad de desarrollo al personal, escasa publicidad, estos problemas se suscitan debido a que la empresa cuenta con personal poco organizado y personal desmotivado siendo esto aquello que se ve reflejado en la gestión administrativa de la empresa. El objetivo del presente estudio es analizar los efectos del compromiso laboral en la gestión administrativa de la empresa Konica en la ciudad de Babahoyo periodo 2023. Los resultados de la encuesta permitieron reconocer que existe bajo rendimiento laboral debido a varios factores entre ellos el más representativo, el no establecimiento de metas y objetivos, ha impedido que la empresa crezca y enfrente retos y sea competitiva en el mercado. Llegando a la conclusión de que el compromiso laboral en el equipo de trabajo de la empresa Konica es deficiente, debido a la no implementación de acciones que permitan la optimización de su responsabilidad con la empresa. El personal carece de compromiso con la empresa porque no se han establecido con claridad sus responsabilidades, estos factores han limitado al equipo de trabajo en el cumplimiento de sus actividades. El equipo de trabajo no demuestra un mayor esfuerzo en la realización de las tareas porque no es evaluado constantemente para identificar falencias o repotenciar sus fortalezas. Al final se presentan estrategias para dar solución a la problemática estudiada.
